SETTING
The year is now 1984. The world has moved on.
Expansion on the K-9 Facility is largely completed, leaving it even more labyrithian than before.
The engineers roam aimlessly, physical bodies fitted crudely with animatronic parts, replacing whatever has broken down with time.
Caretakers come and go, scurrying like rats, food and scrap tech left behind for those who roam.
A failed experiment.
